- Fox Facility Management System (Fox FMS)
FoxFMS is an innovative, web-based and simple application that allows the entire project team visibility and access to the same version of real-time facility and personnel information.
Fox Post-Move Request System (Project Issue Request System)
Fox utilizes the most advanced technology in an effort to provide a seamless transition to a client’s new space. An electronic post-move request (PMR) system allows clients’ employees to immediately raise issues if elements of their new surroundings do not meet their expectations. With Fox’s PMR System, the post-move will be as worry-free as the move itself.
Fox Move Website
Fox offers turnkey website templates that can be tailored to meet the unique needs of the client. The Move Website will offer a seamless way for the staff to stay informed, through convenient, well-understood web browser-based access from anywhere internal or external to the company. An informed staff makes for a much more effective and well-received transition to new space.
Fox Project Website
Fox can develop for the Client a project specific internet/intranet site (linked to the Client’s web page) devoted to issues relating to the project and document version control. This site would be available via the internet, although access to the information would be restricted by username and password.
Client Employee Surveying System
For many clients, we have deployed online surveys to solicit information directly from their employees. Surveys can be completed to collect various disciplines of information, such as customer satisfaction ratings, the most desired types of seating or even commuting preferences.
