Peter Stein
President
Leveraging his background in entrepreneurship, technology and strategic planning, Peter intends to grow Fox to become the largest independent project management company in the country. He is responsible for developing Fox’s strategic direction and ensuring that Fox maintains its reputation for delivering the highest quality of service in the industry
Prior to joining Fox, Peter was co-founder and Vice President for a successful high-tech company. He received his engineering degree from Princeton University and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
He is involved in the real estate and facilities community through his active participation in CoreNet and IFMA.

Reed Stvan
Managing Director, DC Office
Reed Stvan has spent his entire 24-year career in the commercial real estate and facility management industry serving corporate, government, institutional and not-for-profit clients. He brings his extensive experience in complex real estate development as both a principal and third-party project manager to the table. Prior to joining Fox, Reed was vice president of business development for FacilityPro, the largest facility management (FM) procurement consulting and application service provider in the U.S. Reed led strategic client relationships with Equity Office Trust, Simon Properties, Cushman & Wakefield, AMB and a consortium of the largest commercial property Real Estate Investment Trusts in the U.S.
Reed's community involvement includes the Make-A Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. and the DC Preservation League.

Caryl Penachio
Director of Operations
Caryl has more than 20 years of general business management experience and exceptional analytical, leadership, communication and motivational abilities. As Fox’s Director of Operations, she is responsible for improving the firm’s efficiency and productivity, centralizing the administrative and operations functions, enhancing training and professional development opportunities, interviewing candidates and managing project staffing, establishing IT goals, maintaining business continuity plans, standardizing procedures in the firm’s four offices and assisting with long-range planning.

Sandra LeDuc, CPA, CVA
Director of Finance
Before joining Fox as the Director of Finance, Sandy was the Managing Partner of LeDuc Sikowitz Austin LLP a Boston CPA firm for more than 20 years. In addition to her duties as Managing Partner, she maintained many client relationships both in the role of a traditional CPA offering tax, accounting, management consulting and business valuation services, and as an outsourced CFO. Her duties at Fox include participation on the Executive Committee, as well as strategic and operational responsibility for the financial functions of the Company, including the contract management in both government and nongovernment relationships.

Katrina Redmond Emmott, Washington Office
Director of Business Development & Client Service
As the Director of Business Development, Katy pursues new business opportunities for Fox, maintains strong relationships with strategic partners in the A/E/C and brokerage communities, and provides attentive account management for Fox clients. In addition, Katy provides communication coaching and manages internal sales activities for the firm. Her knowledge of up-to-the-minute market activity and industry trends combined with focused strategic direction help to make Katy an invaluable member of the Fox management team.
Katy is active in the community for philanthropic and professional organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Essex County Trail Association, and is an active supporter of the Vincent Memorial Hospital at MGH. Katy’s professional affiliations include NEWIRE, CoreNet and IFMA. Katy is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
In 2010 Katy was named IFMA Boston Exemplary Service Provider.

Andrew Feibelman, Boston Office

Andrew utilizes all of his key resources and strategic relationships to keep his pulse on industry trends and transactions. Andrew works in collaboration with the A/E/C and brokerage communities to provide exceptional client service to all of Fox’s new and existing clients.
Prior to Fox, Andrew spent twelve years helping enterprise clients (i.e., corporate/commercial, Fortune 500, life science, healthcare, education) with their IT (Voice/Data) infrastructure, datacenter, electrical, A/V and security requirements, as an Account Manager for Graybar. Andrew leverages his previous relationships and IT background to help clients maximize the value they receive from Fox. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Vermont, and his professional affiliations include NAIOP, CoreNet and IFMA.

Robert Sturtevant, Boston Office

Robert maintains an extensive network of strategic alliances in the A/E/C professions, as well as relationships in other industries cultivated through his more than 20 years involvement in the Greater Boston businesses community. Robert’s lengthy background in business development, client relations, marketing and communications make him a versatile and intrinsic part of Fox's team.
Robert is active within IFMA, MassEcon and other industry organizations. He is a graduate of Lead Boston, a Social Justice leadership training program, and has been recognized by the Cristo Rey Boston High School for volunteerism and corporate citizenship.

Deborah has over 25 years of experience managing significant design projects and critical project management initiatives. Her core competencies and expertise include all areas of design and project management: master and space planning, contract documentation, construction administration, furniture and finishes selection, specification and installation oversight, and move management with a wide variety of projects and organizations.

Irene Y. Lee
Irene has over 20 years of experience in facilities planning and relocation project management. Her knowledge includes space programming, systems and freestanding furniture management, facility software (CAFM) technology and vendor coordination. Irene has led some of the largest relocation projects in Boston, DC, and Northern Virginia for high profile legal, financial investment and business consulting firms totaling over 2.5 million SF in corporate relocations. She was an integral member of the development team for FoxFMSSM, Fox's space management platform, and specializes in the software customization, configuration, implementation and training.

Ed Rybak
Ed leads Fox RPM Corp.'s Overall Project Management (OPM) and Construction Practice Group. With over 30 years of project management experience, Ed's professional career has encompassed the design, construction, program/project management and leasing of office, retail, and medical space. Ed specializes in the management of multi-disciplinary teams in support of facility related projects, and has managed projects totaling over 4 million sf of space. Ed's projects include work for Staples, Avid Technology, Braver PC, Fragomen, Beth Israel Deaconess and MFS Investment Management.
Ed has received numerous awards including the Boston Society of Architects Honor Award for Design for his work at the Reebok World Headquarters in Canton MA and is also a recipient of UNUM Corporation's Chairman's Award.

Don Sagner
Don Sagner has over 20 years of experience in both corporate facilities management and project consulting. Most recently Don's focus has been on overseeing Fox projects in the Biotech market. His areas of expertise include space planning, CAD/CAFM operations and management, project management, voice/data infrastructure design, furniture management, furniture specification and installation, relocation management and construction administration. His core competencies are process improvement, building collaborative teams, developing comprehensive work plans that meet the clients' objectives, and following through on those plans. In addition to managing client accounts, Don works closely with the Fox management team to develop and enhance internal business processes through the formalization of best practices and integration of new technology. He is an active member of IFMA and a member of their R&D council.

Ginny Steinhauer
Ginny has over 15 years of experience in the facility management field. Her expertise and core competencies include all areas of project management, master and space planning, programming, client communication, construction supervision, furniture and finishes selection, specification and installation oversight, technology coordination, records and move management for a wide variety of projects and organizations. Her strengths include highly developed customer contact skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks of high complexity and detail. As project director, team leader, and client relationship manager, she has become one of Fox’s leaders in quality assurance and project team management.
